Campaign Against Living Miserably (or CALM) are a leading suicide prevention helpline and have a primary focus on supporting Men. Suicide is the biggest killer of Men under 45 and Men account for 75% of all suicides.

5 pm - Midnight, 7 days a week, 365 days a year CALM operate a free, confidential hotline for those who are in crisis and also offer bereavement services through the Support after Suicide Partnership.
